Once the claim is reviewed by our Warranty tech/Engineer we will reach out to you with the next steps.
During the full coverage warranty process we cover all replacements, repairs and labor cost while the customer is responsible for shipping to and from our warranty center. In the prorate coverage we will charge for labor and material as well as the shipping cost.
If after service center confirm with you that you need to send back, we will give you shipping labels.
